Sphere Generator
« on: April 14, 2021, 06:36:01 PM »
Sphere Generator

What the Sphere generator is, is a generator that redirects several circuits of flux flow by the use of one flux switch.
The drawing is a very simple version of a sphere generator.

Now lets look at the generator like the earth with its magnetic pathing for one minute.  The strongest forces of the
magnetic field are at the north and south poles.  The magnetic flux then has several paths around the earth in order
to have the flux leaving one pole to come back to the other pole.  The first configuration of the sphere generator operates
like the magnetic field of the earth.

Now if the generator stays in this one condition, then generator could not generate any electrical energy in it no
matter how many coils are in the generator.  This is because electrical energy can only be collected in this generator
with flux moving across the wires in the coils of the generator.

So how can I create this moving flux in a sphere generator?

This where I want you to look closely at the drawing of the water pump drawing below.
Now in the drawing there are several water pumps working at the same time, all the time.
So I see water pump running all the time moving water all the time as a permanent magnet
moving flux through it all the time.  The water coming in one side of the water pump
is the same as the water coming out of the pump.  In a permanent magnet, the flux coming
out of the permanent magnet is the same as the flux going into the permanent magnet.

So what the design of the sphere generator does is to take each of the routes from the
center of the generator on the top side to the bottom side with multiple secondary spheres.

How can this work?  Why won't the generator stay in the all of these secondary paths.?

This is where there needs to be a good understanding of how flux moves through different materials.
I use laminated transformer core metals in my design.
Now it is important to know that magnetic flux will move both through flux material and also through air
as well, but there are conditions that the flux will move through air rather than the core material.

Each route or path of flux pathing from the top of the sphere to the bottom of the sphere is broken up
into permanent magnets followed by core material over and over again.  The reason for this is to support
a flux path from the the top of the sphere to the bottom of the sphere and then through the center of the
sphere.

At the same time each of the permanent magnets in the sphere have electromagnets with laminated cores
in them parallel.  The core are not connected to the cores that are adjacent to the permanent magnets.
The reason for this is because we want this route to be secondary to the most desired flux flow route.

Now there can be several of these routes of assemblies can be connected together into a sphere so that
each of the loops can be connected together and move in one laminated core material through the center
of the sphere.  Now wire can be wrapped around this core material in order to produce an electromagnet
in the core of this generator.

With no power to the electromagnet, the flux from each magnet will flow from it's pole through the
laminated core into the next magnet over and over again through the full loop.  This is because during
This condition, the flux finds a better path moving through one large circle than to move flux through
the coils parallel to the permanent magnets.

Now when the one electromagnet is turned on to  move a flux in an opposite direction than the flux
flow of the zero electromagnet condition changes everything.  The output flux of the electromagnet
will come out and go through the air around itself into the other side of itself.  This closes off the
flux flow in that large flux route.  So what happens now to all those magnets in the generator?

As you know the permanent magnets will not stop working, but will reroute the flux they have in them.

Now where will it go?

Now since the flux out of a permanent magnet is equal to the flux into it,  the flux moves to the next best route.
The first permanent magnets next to the flux switch, will route its flux through the parallel coils to the permanent
magnet.  Now since the output flux is equal to the input flux, the permanent magnet next in line in the path now
moves its flux path around itself.  This is the chain reaction of the flux switching that occurs in this generator.
This chain reaction not only occurs through the whole loop of the path of permanent magnets and laminated
core materials, but this happens with all of the paths around the full sphere assembly.

The result of this generator is one switch operating at a 50% duty cycle can reroute the flux paths of several
permanent magnets in the generator.

Now the important thing to know about power generation in an electrical generator is that you can not generate
electrical energy from constant flux flow.  You have to have changing flux flow in order to do that,
The great thing about this generator is that it provides several places of flux movement.  By tapping into each
place in the generator where there is a change in the flux movement, is an opportunity to produce electricity.

This means one flux switch operating at a 50% duty cycle can produce electrical energy from several output coils.

Now the next question is, If this new technology from 2021 be used in motor assemblies as well?
That answer is yes.  I have put those designs into my latest book so on Amazon and many other places as well.
I go into greater detail on the generator and motor designs in the book.
I want people to freely use my designs so that is why I have published them.

We can build a better world if we all work together to bring new technology into every home.

I wanted to add more information for the hobbyist so that they can build a generator.
I have information of one leg of the sphere generator.  The other legs will be the same sharing a common flux switch.
The best way to start to work with this new technology is to place the parallel coils to the permanent magnets is on a different plate so that you can adjust the distance between the parallel coils and the main permanent magnet pathing in the middle plate.
The top and bottom plates are built the same.
The reason for this is because there will be an optimal distance you want the secondary flux routes to be with the main flux pathing.
As I said before, the main flux path will be through the middle plate.
It is when the flux switch is energized with electrical energy in the reverse direction to the middle large circular flux flow that creates the chain reaction for each permanent magnet to use the secondary routes of using the parallel  paths to move the flux.  This chain reaction is so fast that it occurs at the same time in the coils.  Because of this, it make the electrical energy collection from these coils a lot easier.

One circuit can have all of the coils in series with the permanent magnets in one circuit and all the coils in parallel with the permanent magnets in another circuit.

There are a lot of 555 timer circuit boards on the market today that will work to create the switching signal to drive the SSR that drives the switching magnet.  The board I would use is a 1 Hz to 400 Hz adjustable board.  Then you can adjust the frequency for the largest output voltage of the generator.

Once you have the distance between the parallel coils and permanent magnets figured out along with the best operating frequency, then it is the time to build your sphere generator.

Now with the sphere generator, the switching coil will have more flux moving through it with the addition of each ring  that is placed into the sphere.  So you will have to have more core material going through the coil and also a more powerful electromagnet for the switching.

With the sphere generator, all of the parallel coils can be wired in series and all of the series coils with the permanent magnets can be connected in series.

Now for the big question?

Will there be more electrical energy be collected from this generator than the electrical energy to operate the one flux switch in the center of the generator operating on a 50% duty cycle.

Why not build one and find out!!!!!!

Thanks lunkster.

Once again you have presented us with an interesting concept.

I hope to be, in the sometime future, moving into looking at
these kinds of designs.

best wishes

I updated the wrong diagram for the flux switching for the generator.
I had uploaded one of the drawing that was intended for the motor design I have.

I drawing I have hear is for the generator.
The generator is motionles for the physical parts.
It is the flux routes that change.

In the drawing on the right side of it, it shows one large ring
in it with seven permanent magnets separated by core material.
Where an eight permanent magnet would normally be placed,
a coil with a core being operated like an electromagnet is placed.

What the core does is to place a more desirable path than air for the
magnetic flux to flow.  Different materials have different flux
carrying capabilities.

Now I show the core material touching each magnet, but in reality,
there can be air gaps along the core gaps between the permanent
magnets as long as this path is a better path than the secondary
path for the flux to move in that what is created in the secondary path.

The Flux switching coil has a core through the middle of it that supports
the one large flux ring through it when the power is off.
Now the current of the Flux switch can be moved in either direction.
One that has the same polarities as the permanent magnets or the other
that is in the opposite direction causing a stoppage of flux from the permanent
magnets to go through the core of the coil.
This is not only a stoppage but the flux from the coil uses the core of the coil
to move flux in the opposite direction and the flux circulates around the coil
back to the other side.  The drawing on the left side of the drawing shows
this movement.

So we have no current flow through the flux switching coil that supports
the full large flux ring condition and power on the coil the stop that one large
flux ring flow.  That is a 50% duty cycle for the flux switching coil.

Now if you place the flux switching coil in a tank circuit that I have shown
On this site before, you could add even more power savings to the generator.
Now each time flux pathing is changed then there is an opportunity to
generate electrical energy by placing coils in the changing flux pathing.
If you adjust the switching frequency to optimize the output of the
generator, then you will electrical energy at all times in it.
So the generator could have an input power requirement of 25%
when using the tank circuit for an output 100% of the time for the output.

Now the coils adjacent to the flux switch when power of the flux switch
is actively resisting the large flux flow route will be split with flux
moving in one direction from the flux switch and the flux coming from
the permanent magnet adjunct to the core material.  This could reduce
the efficiency of the coils adjacent to the permanent magnets.

Now the flux coming from and into magnets are  equal because the
flux flow inside the magnet for the most part is constant.  Yes it is
not perfect, but I will use that it is for my argument here.

Now the magnet needs to move it's flux so that the output and
input flux for the magnet are equal.  Now since the flux switch
is blocking the easiest route for the majority of flux, then it
seeks an alternate route to do that.  The parallel coils to the
permanent magnets provide a path that is easier that moving
flux through the air.  So this becomes the new route for the
flux from the permanent magnets to move in.

The blue area's in the drawing shows these flux routes.  This
is the unseen movement that is going on the the physical
stationary components of the generator.  Now these parallel
coils go from very low flux flow to large flux flows through
the switching activity from the flux switch.

Since the flux going into any one magnet is the same as the
flux going into it, the change in flux switch condition, causes a
chain reaction in the large ring as each magnet needs to meet
this equilibrium of input and output flux.

So this chain reaction has a result of changing several flux routes
from a small input energy is great.

Please build and enjoy the results of the generator.
