All we need to do to test bench this aircraft is plug two seperate wires into the wall outlets and reverse them. One for the inner starter coils and fan and the other backwards to the counter rotating can. Sawing the fan blades off will act as a rotating wing. We need two ceramic bearing collars to mount the fan hub to the outside and the fan inside.

Four times the lift for twice the power could drive itself as an overunity pump from a wall outlet simply by lifting and dropping a weighted pump handle!

Time to pay a visit to the appliance repair shop.

The guy at the repair shop explained that the twin coils are actually the rotor. We need to dismantle the fan and use this rotor as a stator to rotate a cycloidal wing to test bench.
This cannot go very far.

The force of a phantom magnet appears as if by magic in the horse shoe stator when Hildebrand magnetizes his magnet core iron sleeve! That quadruples the input in magnet strength. You are absolutely right!

We can saw the coils away from the center mass of this Washtub motor and remount the magnets from the rotor to the inside rim of the ring wing.

Here's a $5000. Electric  turbo fan Jet engine: Imagine the duct nacelle nested inside the circle of Washtub coils counter rotating the ring wing at 20k with the 220 AC.

This is a Hypersonic aircraft design!

Pardon,but electric jet engines in that manner would become very fast overheated (probably in future with superconctive coils)

Tinman measured backspike power from a pulsed magnet in an iron Shell. Placed between the horseshoe stators, as a Hildbrand valve, the magnet core and coil would multiply the magnet strength by the Flynn factor when energized. Wraping a ferrite keeper attached between the horse shoe legs should generate 4 times the power!
