Anarchy, like communism, is an unrealistic ideal. 

It can only work when people aren't guided by the pursuits of prestige, power,
pleasure, and the fears and falsehoods that tend to motivate us toward endless acquisition
and the domination of others.

If we can as individuals live without being authoritarian in our own lives, that is a good start.
