Keep in touch with fellow researchers ( speak to them)
We may lose these open source venues if things go sideways !

He's wrong with the electrical measurements.
Correctly measure power at a resistive load.

It should have an ordinary 5 kilowatt resistor that would heat up like a kitchen stove. Or 5 incandescent bulbs, each bulb is one kilowatt, glowing at full power. This is as you look at the Sun on a clear summer day, it hurts your eyes.
And directly on such a resistive load, it is necessary to measure the voltage and current. Measuring instruments must match the frequency and waveform.

Why won't my condom expand ?
The two plates of a capacitor are water. Inside the condom and outside.
Rubber is my capacitor's insulator.  I apply about 1 kilovolt to the water plates.
The rubber must stretch for the capacitor to increase its capacitance.

I did not quite understand what you want to do and why there is a condom.
