Some claims I read in this thread are very outlandish and stii the posters seem to take themselves seriously. It is hard to come up with something even crazier. But I try hard to beat them with even more outlandish claims.

I am not sure yet whether to believe my own claims.

The latest thing I heard: Merkel will retire to South America and Sebastian Kurz will become leading candidate of CSU/CDU in the next election in Germany in the fall of 2021. Till 2024 Kurtz will then be chancellor of Germany and Austria. There will be no unification, Kurz will spend alternating months in Germany and Austria.

There are already about 200.000 Germans living in Austria because they voted for Kurz with their feet (by moving to Austria). The other 80 million Germans do not have to move to Austria, they can have Kurz full time after 2024.

The biggest difference between an ape and man is that man not only believes in science and facts... they invented them.

Recently a scientific study was done to determine if apes believed in fake news/conspiracy theories as many people seem to. So a researcher would open a box and get a banana and the ape would repeat what they learned and do the same. A child could also repeat the procedure doing the same thing by opening the box and getting the banana.

Then the researcher would make some hand motions over the box, tap it three times, say a word, open the box and get the banana. The child repeated the exact same procedure as the researcher doing the hand motions, tapped it three times, said the magic word and opened the box. However... only the ape was smart enough to know all the hocus pocus hand motions and magic words were bs so it just opened the box and took the banana.

You see apes don't buy into bs and only see the factual reality of any given situation like science does unlike gullible humans who will believe almost anything. There is a lesson here, don't believe the bs, look at the facts.

You are not thinking linear, just do not read whole post.

If box have electronics for activation by voice, ape will fail and kid will succeed.
And that is what makes difference between ape and human.
Little bit more complexity and for ape it is impossible.

True, however that was not the point.

The research was to study why humans fall for fake news and conspiracy theories by imitating others due to a perceived self-interest. As it were, the study showed many people will believe almost anything no matter how absurd without thinking about it. Not unlike the child waving his hands and saying supposedly magic words thinking it had something to do with getting a reward. Which may relate to the phrase... there's a sucker born every minute.

The ape was simply a control or bias in the experiment to see if other primates could be manipulated like humans. As it turns out the apes were not fooled and stuck to the facts they knew versus imaginary things. Thus it was theorized that most people do not learn by thinking about something more so imitating others with similar beliefs or goals.

I thought it was really interesting and explains why many intelligent people can be manipulated to believe things which are obviously not based on facts but hearsay.

How many people here and in whole world thinks that in
past million years nobody in universe claimed Earth as his/it's property,
and that humans are owner of this planet?

Why the aliens are so disturbed when we started to use nukes?
1. Because they are concerned about humans?
2. Because they are concerned about their property, planet (garden).

Dont forget, we are apes to them!
If we disappear, they will use genetics and overnight make more of us
