All self-powered devices ( presented as overunity ) that happen to contain batteries could replace the battery with flywheel-generators, to validate the device as being overunity .

The current going to a battery could instead constantly or in-pulses or intermittently power some type of motor to keep a  flywheel-generator  spinning to supply the current that was previously supplied by a battery .  ( in the generator,  multiple magnets or electromagnets spinning past  multiple fine-coils or just multiple wires could surely provide the same type of smooth current previously supplied by a battery )
