     Now we can play an abstract mechanical equivalent model ( mass spring system on a pendulum ) , as :

.....but with the starting position on the top ( as an inverted pendulum ) , so to introduce an asymmetric 
     "assistance" of the rotational inertia (due to the spring in-out storage ).
     This interplay of gravity with inertia has as a result a "self" continuous  accelerated rotation?
.....with an elementary test...we have an answer.

  As a matter of fact we have an elastic pendulum(human performer ) attached to a common pendulum (seat and bars) playing not swinging,but a full 360* rotation.
