The <a href="http://www.phoenixsciencefoundation.org/">Phoenix Science Foundation</a> was established recently to <a href="http://pesn.com/2006/12/20/9500441_PSF_fund_applications/">fund clean energy technology prototype development</a>, for those ideas that have not yet been proven.  The stage of building the first prototype is where many good ideas flounder due to lack of funding.  Brooks Agnew, Ph.D., who established the foundation, plans to bring a stack of these new product applications to Washington D.C. beginning Jan. 10 to massage some of the contacts he has there.  He has extensive experience bringing prototypes to maturation, having successfully done so with twenty-four consecutive situations in various fields. Additionally, he is responsible for around half a billion dollars in process improvement, achieving a "six sigma blackbelt" distinction for his abilities and performance in that regard.  The <a href="http://newenergycongress.org">New Energy Congess</a> will be assisting the Phoenix Science Foundation screen the applications that are submitted.  An <a href="http://www.phoenixsciencefoundation.org/Inventor_form.html">form</a> was posted online yesterday for receiving aplications.

Its all to big of a picture for the little people who are skint or just cant get there world into a billion dollar money trap door ! Forget all this big man fat cat high flyer rubbish ! There all money nuts and soft ball slow down head shrink do nothing talkers .....
