Dancing with gravity...
« on: December 19, 2019, 12:27:17 AM »
.....as an artistic expression (kinetic sculpture ) , at : https://youtube.com/watch?v=ms76wTr110w&app=desktop
It's a serial of levers (repetitive ring and ball ) playing an erratic oscillatory motion (gravity unbalance) , due to a variable leverage as the main concept.
Maybe the search of our gravity (self) powered device , can start as a "gravity continuous unbalanced kinetic sculpture "also...playing variable lever ,as well?!
The problem is to replace the wind with a self-starting unbalance...

My mind told me to make it with giant sphere magnets
Oriented n<>s with bifilar pancake coils where the disks are

That’s some complicated math with many fulcrum
but it appears (at least by video) to be proportionate
following an estimate of the pattern,
This could potentially be converted into a more efficient
wind generator than the rotary options....

Anyone else want to chime in on this?

Nice find Alex

.....at : https://scandinaviancollectors.com/image/79046598409  if we have a tiny input...can we test the output/input motion  ratio of this many stage oscillatory leverage?
