Post by: jonfrommanahawkin1 on July 07, 2019, 06:03:47 AM
Can anybody calculate the life of one cell of a zinc carbon battery at 1.5v maybe 0.5 Milli amp?

Lifetime depends on capacity measured in Watt-hours, and what you load the cell with.
With unknown cell specifiction, and unknown load, the question is not possible to answer.

Surely you mean alkaline battery. Not sure if they even do the zinc/carbon any more. Would have bought them just for the carbon rod in them after use.

They do still make them as heavy duty 6v

What kind of measurements do you need?
