There are two view-points :
How many Watts/Watt-hours can I get from an hundred(100)/thousand(1000) US$ or Euros investment ?
The output quality : pure DC,pulsed DC  or AC (Hz,KHz,MHz,...)

Power/mass ratio ? rated KW/ 5 Kg ,more/less !?

The owner his own skills ! For example friction parts change !? Tools/instruments ?

In industry in production 90% of the price is work related,10% mostly the material part transformation costs !

Because the per ton CO2-certification are planned to be sold for 50 Euros this 25 US$/MWh electricity are the target !,bis%2065%20Euro%20versteigert%20werden.

The price for one ton of CO2 will be 25 euros in 2021 and will gradually rise to 55 euros per ton by 2025. In 2026, the certificates are to be auctioned for the first time in a price range of 55 to 65 euros.
