I don't know if this is relevant or not but Ernestine proved things start to dilate at near light
speed E=MC 2 (E is energy, M is Mass and C is the speed of light squared) that's about 9.931x10-7 Mhz. However different materials are apparently  light slowed down, so there is something to exploit or think about perhaps.
