Currently, what is the waiting time from registering and immediately posting a question, and waiting for the post to actually appear on the main page ?

Details -
I just read on another website about a person asking this question 1 day ago,  about this website,  they're worried that by the time the question they posted actually appears on the main page,  that it will be be too out of date for it to appear on the main page,  or too far down the list .
They're worried that because their post contains evidence of a possibly very revolutionary design which is shown functioning successfully,  that the waiting time problem on this site may 'accidentally' result in his post being suppressed since it will not appear on the main page,  or too far down the list to be seen ( ridiculous, accusing this site of suppression ) .
I won't be able to provide a link or details to their comment on the other website, for some reasons .

Background -
Every hour or so,  there's a new video on youtube of two ( or more ) toy sized  electric-motors  linked up together,  with one working as a generator,  to form a   Self-Powered-Generator,  and they start up the devices ridiculously simply,  sometimes just by turning the motor or moving a magnet near one of them.
I assume the majority are fake, or else they would be too easy too build .

This thread however is about the following video,  showing a car converted to be fully electric -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETxw6cO6-k8

Regarding the video above -
 - I cannot fully tell if the 2 motors directly turn the cars wheels
 - Is this supposed to be a  Self-Powered-Device ( looped ),  or is there any overunity here,  or energy-amplification
 - Would the battery  'ever'  need to be charged by an external power-source,  and could it be replaced by a capacitor-bank
