Up Quark

(1/1)

Planetx7:
Hello
Up Quark has 2/3 + charge and Dow Quark has 1/3 charge - in a proton are 2 up and 1 down quark that makes 4/3 + and 1/3 charge, right? or who can explain that?

There are actually more unexplained in the proton than clarified ...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proton

Dow Quark has  -1/3 charge.
2 x (+2/3) + (-1/3) = 1.

Nevertheless, the standard model and condensed matter in general are ugly theories (we are far from relativity, QM or electromagnetism), a sign to me that we do not yet have the right tools.

Planetx7:
Hello  Thanks,
that's a wonderful creation of nature:
2 x (+2/3) is too much and so you give (-1/3) = 1. and you get powers that stabilize themselves
