For what this text is worth , is about Magnet prices,
« on: December 16, 2006, 11:09:52 AM »
way to gochina!
while everyone else is busy writing wikipedia-entries attacking
magnet
motor creators, and shunning steorn, the irish
magnet-motor-energy-creation-device, ignoring howard johnson and
whoever else there is.. china goes off and buys all sources of
neodymium magnets, and doubles the price. why do youthink they did
it?
the skeptics would say: because chinese have no idea all these
magnet-based motors are hoaxes.
the people who did some thinking will realize - china has that stuff
working. they know itworks, and they made the sensible move - buy all
sources of neodymium. this is simply confirmation that the magnetic
fields let out by neodymium magnets, can be used, to tap energy.
mark eldridge can now write more about why exactly howard johnson +
steorn + etc stuff works. off to you, mark!

Subject: [Vo]: China's Neodymium monopoly is being felt
To: vortex-l@...

FYI,

It's my understanding that the Chinese government has recently
increased the price of raw materials to all magnet manufacturers by
60%. This presumably includes the rare-earth material, NEODYMIUM.

As previously mentioned on this discussion group the Chinese
government quietly and methodically went about the business of
purchasing all the mining operations for these kinds of rare-earth
elements everywhere on the planet. They now own the whole shebang -
everything. They maintain a total monopoly on these kinds of
rare-earth supplies.

And whadaya know! Suddenly they've decided to increase prices by 60
percent.

I maintain a suspicion that rare earth materials, particularly
Neodymium, are going to start playing an ever increasing vital role
in
the development of this planet's AE resources. China stands to make a
tidy profit from their shrewd and complete takeover of this market.

And the rest of us will be paying, literally, for our lack of
foresight.
