Title
MAGNETIC COMPRESSION TURBINE

Abstract
This invention relates to an energetically self-powered magnetic compression turbine with adjustable power and speed.

Description
This industrial invention relates to an energetically self-powered magnetic compression turbine with adjustable power and speed.
Many studies have been carried out in the field of electromagnetic motors powered with electric current with a series of pairs of poles that correspond to magnetic fields intermittently acting for magnetic attraction.
This industrial invention - magnetic compression turbine considerably differs from all other motors in that the thrust is continuous due to the compression and deformation of the magnetic flux that acts on another magnetic flux with the same polarity. This results in a constant thrust between the magnetic fields of the stator and the rotor that automatically gives the turbine a rotative or linear movement.
The enclosed drawings represent an embodiment of the subject of this invention that only has with a demonstrative, not restrictive purpose.
Figure 1 is a partial cross-section of the essential parts of a module made up of a stator (1) able to axially translate in the two directions according to the arrows (1 d) in order to start, regulate and stop the movement of the rotor (2); the rotor is made up of a gear with "U-shaped" cross-section and is magnetized by means of an induction coil (3) able to magnetize the said gear by creating the two magnetic fields - negative and positive - such as in positions (2a) and (2b); the whole surface of the gear, including all the grooves (2c) are covered by a protective diamagnetic layer, except for the surfaces (2d), shown in black, on which the magnetic fluxes can exit to repel the magnetic fluxes of the stator with the same sign negative or positive - as shown in figure (1 a) and (1 b); the groove of the stator (4) is filled up with diamagnetic material (pure bismuth); the external coil (5) of the stator is used to magnetize all the sectors of the flange of the stator (1), as it occurs in the rotor, while the body (6) is used to block the rotor (2) to the shaft (7).
Figures 2 - 3 - 4 schematically show the operating principle, including the deformation of the magnetic fields according to the arrows (1) while the arrows (2) and (3) represent the tendency to movement.

Claims
1) Magnetic compression turbine comprising:
- a stator (1) that is able to axially translate in both directions, made up of a gear with "U-shaped" cross-section, whose internal groove is filled up with diamagnetic material and whose two internal flanges feature a regularly spaced series of notches (1 c) that separate teeth tilted with respect to the radial direction;
- a rotor (2), splined on a shaft (7) made up of a gear with "U-shaped" section, whose internal groove houses an induction coil (3) and whose internal flanges feature a regularly spaced series of notches (2c) that separate teeth tilted with respect to the radial direction;
- an induction coil (5) that externally wraps the stator (1) and magnetizes all the teeth of the stator (1) creating two magnetic fields- negative and positive (1a and 1b);
- an induction coil (3) able to magnetize all the teeth of the rotor (2) creating two magnetic fields - negative and positive (2a and 2b); being foreseen that the whole surface of the rotor (2), including the notches (2c), is covered by a protective diamagnetic layer, except for the top surfaces (2d) of the teeth of the rotor (2), from which the magnetic fluxes can exit to repel the magnetic fluxes coming out from the teeth of the stator (1) and having the same sign.
