I do not know what happened (maybe financial issue for paying the server?).
Just use the internet wayback machine, this was their latest scan:  https://web.archive.org/web/20180626204906/http://www.rexresearch.com/

and if you click on the Main Index, you will have quasi all the stuff.

I was on Rexresearch website about a week ago, everything seemed to be working ok.
Tried today and its all gone - server gave 404 and everything.
Last Wayback was Feb 21, 2020- only the index shows up.

Anyone have the latest file dump?

I could access a scan of the website here last night, https://web.archive.org/web/20180626204906/http://www.rexresearch.com/

However there seems to be web pages on certain important inventors missing and giving a 404 error. It could be a hack or the web owner decided to shut it down. I ordered the DVD set a few years ago just in case this happened, hope for the best but plan for the worst.
