Capacitors inside coils, is it effective for overunity designs ?

If you tightly wrap a coil around a correct shaped capacitor,  to try and collect that electromagnetic-pulse,  could it be a good basis for an overunity generator, or as part of an overunity generator ?

  Also, what about putting correctly shaped capacitors inside iron-cores( which themselves are inside coils ), or,  also near iron-cores( which themselves are inside coils ) ?
