From the video, it looks like it takes little work to slide the axle from side to side, but the result is tremendous twisting torque. By using some of this resultant torque power to slide the axle we may have a self running permanent magnet motor.

Perhaps some kind of spring could be wound by the twisting action. Then the energy stored in the spring could then slide the axle to the next power stroke. The reason for the spring is because it has a little delay that we need to allow the axle to slide before the twist.

Hi All Whitelite has replied to my request to come and join us for a chat, ii sent via youtube,

 I'll see if I can soon although the pressures of work mean it might be a few days. I'm sure you have heard of Steorn and their claims but what most people don't know is that they have released quite a few clues on their forums regarding their device that most people might miss. A small group of us are dedicated to finding out the structure of their device.
