Title: OPEN SOURCE POSTINGS RELATING TO OVERUNITY AND FREE ENERGY
Post by: magnetman12003 on April 15, 2018, 11:21:49 PM
Recently I posted an open source  motor setup that I believe is free energy.
I would like to know if anyone can patent my principal idea once I had it posted as OPEN SOURCE on the You Tube with all plans of how to make it included.  "" HALBACH / HAMEL MOTOR"" was my posting and my principal was to combine both into a viable working forever magnet motor.  I inverted a Hamel spinner and added magnetic arms made out of the Halbach array to do that.   I don't want any monetary gain at all but just recognition on ""only the principal"" of what I accomplished.

From what I understand about patenting the person who invents a device has to sign he is the inventor.
I don't wish to see someone signing his name onto anything employing the principle I thought of and published as OPEN SOURCE INFO.

Open for legitimate input on this subject.

I saw that video when you posted it and didn't understand what was going on. I didn't see the description at the time but I do now so it makes slightly more sense as to what you are doing. I only say this since if the device is described clearly enough that someone familiar with what you are doing, can replicate it themselves, then what you have published should be enough to prevent anyone from patenting exactly what you described. My concern with what you have published would be that the description isn't clear enough to count as "existing art". I think the clearer your description is of the device you wish to have credit for, the more protected you are. Any little "secrets" left out allows others the opportunity to discover them for themselves for which you get no credit for.

You start getting into patents, especially going partly into a patent with someone else, then you are essentially giving that person part of the credit and more importantly, legal ownership, of your device. If you don't want to give anyone credit or part credit for your device then I would stay away from patents in your case. I am in no way shape or form a patent attorney. I have only researched patent info during a time when I was interested in it years ago. So take my advice as is. I've found that I appear to know more about how they work then others I've heard from though.

Having said all that, I am glad you chose to release the info that you have. I think we as a people are better off for the info you have released.

Patent is good only if you want to start producing something and for personal pride.

HOW MUCH MORE SIMPLE CAN THIS GET FOR YOU,,,
YOU ONLY INPUT THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF DC CURRENT, (ONE SMALL BURST)
ROTATING DC MOTOR A SINGLE ROTATION, WITH A 100 cm CIRCUMFERENCE PULLEY
which drives a belt, that you can attach one to ten mini-pulleys of 1 cm circumference, with AC generators attached, giving you an output of 100 to 1000=100X10 cycles of AC electricity. (these rotations of your AC generator are pretty much torque free, as you are only looking to generate the smallest amount of current)= only enough to rotate a DC motor once. So, even though you are generating massive voltage, you only need to generate one short burst of current, (practically nothing when talking about current. Where even massive voltage multiplied by practically zero current, still equals practically zero power,,, which takes practically zero torque to rotate.
