A new way of seeing the Solar System
« on: November 13, 2017, 06:53:35 AM »
Hi, i found this cool video from Michael Clarage of the SAFIRE project where he made a small replica of our solar system a electrical transformer out of coils, and i thought that you guys would like to see it, as this ccould maybe lead to something, some day.

Here you go.

I don´t have the time right now to do anything, but in the future, absolutely. :)

Well, esoterics is so much more fun! Believing is everything, learning is too much to ask for.

I take it as you are a EU sceptic? Well, i consider myself also as a sceptic too.
I cant say that i am very well read when it comes to "classical" physics, but may be thats why the EU theories speak truth to me.
Becouse it is explains the universe in a simple way, instead of "complicate" things. :)

I agree with you that it is massively important to be objective to information, and dont just swallow it whole.

I am a skeptic of everything, specially of over simplifications and esoteric ramblings. I also doubt the current scientific world view.

The currently accepted science at least tries to integrate observations, measurements and facts. It for sure is not the whole answer and goes through changes and fashions, like everything else.

All simple facts about the world are known. The simple facts concern everything of medium size. But the very small (atomic and subatomic) and the very large (cosmology) is very poorly understood. Hence the particle zoo and dark energy and dark matter.

There are no simple answers and no simple analogies. The very small is unlike the very large and both are unlike the medium sized things. One can not explain it with simple experiments or simple models.

The comparatively easy facts about the world have been found in the 19th century. In the 20th century more difficult findings occurred and now in the 21st century everybody is confused. Nothing is as expected.

The same holds for philosophy and politics. Nothing has been explained in all the clever books and nothing works which is proclaimed by the so called world leaders.

The optimists think we are making progress. The pessimists see mankind going in ever the same circles driven by greed and lust for power. My impression is that most people have a strong death wish because they are destroying everything around them mostly on purpose. History is mostly wars and bloody upheavals. Today is no different, rather worse because there are more people than ever wielding more powerful weapons than ever.

Expect complexity. Simplicity is self deception.

Greetings, Conrad
