     The second part can be the next half rotation with a continuous positive acceleration...so to obtain self-motion due to gravity unbalance ( a continuous torque difference on the same part of the fulcrum ).
     As a matter of fact ,we are living inside a "natural"  accelerator (...and a possible unbalance mechanical amplifier )...

MOST SCIENTIST WOULD SAY THAT WE CAN NOT RETRACT EXCESS ENERGY FROM GRAVITY. WELL YOU HAVE JUST PROVEN

...this time , a  little experience can upset a lot of the (old "prohibitive ) theory.
It's a difference between knowing and understanding : if we cannot understand , we cannot take advantage of the real world around us.
