Air Launch Siphon
« on: January 11, 2017, 02:43:53 AM »
In the Air Launch Siphon, a stream of liquid separates into droplets inside of a sealed air filled chamber, preventing the liquid going down from having contact with the liquid going up (see illustration below).  I'm having a difficult time finding references for this type of siphon.  This siphon appears to be relatively unknown, for some odd reason!  Here's a short video of the Air Launch Siphon in operation.

Can you put a paddle wheel in the box and make it spin?
