Access and Speed problem with the forum

Hi All,
in this moment we have here an access problem, that
the pages, which want to access the database can not
connect to the database.

It might be, that someone is trying to download the whole
forum to his PC to have it for offline browsing and this
makes now huge traffic and draggs the whole server down.

I am just working on analysing the stats and when I catch this
one you will be banned.

So please DON`T do this ! Please stop.

It is not fair to the other users, who want to post something
and can?t get access.

If there is demand for an offline version,
I could do this and make it available cheaply on DVD-ROM.
