I did some search, about the inventor, - also phone calls to the US but no results.
Nobody knew this person and history
phoning to the patent paper given enderece ( other habitants)and "whitepages" help.

The secret I mean is an internal amplifyiing process in the chemical element " antimony". refraction

Also interestant is the work from the romenian scientist Matei Marinescu.
