Title: New Japanese water activated batteries simular to our saltwater cells

A Japanese inventor has shown a new battery probably
made out of graphite powered mixed with Maganese Dioxid or
some other additional oxygizer in a aluminium tube and says, that
this will only produce power , when activated by water.

It is simular to our watersalt batteries over here in the other threads
and he gets about 350 mA short circuit current as shown in the video.
