I explain the operation . The air enters from the bottom of the reactor , open , and enters the Liebig in particular where nitrogen is transformed into atomic nitrogen by way of the electromagnetic field and of the high voltage applied to the sides . In the upper compartment you should see
the luccicanza .
You see then the high voltage generator , the cyclic timer for the coil and the power supply to direct current

In this reactor it is produced atomic hydrogen . In the flask is placed under zinc with sulfuric acid , it produces molecular hydrogen H2 that in Liebig , due to the high voltage and the electromagnetic field , is transformed into atomic hydrogen , tungsten electrode not visible , then recombine into molecular hydrogen with release of heat , and then restart the cycle ...

What is left ( almost nothing concerning his descriptions)
I dont know if he even is alive
I only remember that he used a fair amount of rf-energy ( < 50 Watt somewhere in the MHz-range) in order to have the process started
