Title: Tommey Reed's HHO Bio Mass Reactor
Post by: TommeyLReed on August 27, 2016, 08:38:19 PM
Hi all,

Relocated to Florida a few months ago, and finishing up on the hydrogen reactor that super heat all bio mass to temperature up to 10,000 degrees using HHO gas.

The construction is double wall steel drums with high temperature cement between the wall.

There is no oxygen in the unit, the HHO burns the biomass where hydrogen and other gases are use to run engines or store in tanks for later use.

The system has a built in ignition system to keep the HHO flames lite. The extra gases like hydrogen is oxygen free from exploding and can be stored in tanks.

This is not a gasifier, but a super high temperature reactor to burn even charcoal  to make flammable gas where no left over ash is found.

The unit has a super water heater steamer built into the system also.

Hi All,

This is the basic design on the biomass reactor.

Sent a PM earlier but it's time to shut down here. Thought this might be a better approach.
Love the craftsmanship. Good work Tommy. Just wanted to throw some numbers around concerning this. Keep in mind I'm just a dumb old man and what might appear as obvious to me may well be just a complete lack of understanding about the mechanics of this proof of concept device.

Dear Tommey Reed,

Just want to let You know that I am interested in Your HHO Bio Mass Reactor.
Please keep me informed about this project.

Greetings, Alex

Again, being just a dumb old man and not having received any response from either a PM or my previous post, let me just spell it out. As per your write up, the goal is to achieve a bio mass temperature of 10,000 degrees. Regardless of which scale we use there appears to be an unresolvable conflict. Stainless Steel which your diagram shows as being the reaction chamber has a melting point of +/- 2750 F which means that it should melt well before that temp (10,00 degrees) is ever achieved. Either this was meant to be a joke or I'm missing a key piece of information. If it is my complete lack of understanding about the principles involved then let me be the first to apologize and please help me better understand  the mechanics of this..

Hi Casman1969,

First of all this is not a joke, second the high temperature is focus into a center point where no metals are contacted with the flames.

The center wall where the biomass is stainless steel, so really you are miss leading my build and what it does.

I would just say this, it works and the temperatures are correct.

Thanks for your understanding.

Tommy,

Thank you for your response. You show character by not nuking me first. lol
Being a visual person it becomes much easier to envision a plasma reaction
occurring but not expanding beyond certain parameters. Perhaps like ball lightning.
Tremendous heat and energy continually turning in on itself to fuel the process.
Is this an overly simplistic understanding?
This reminds me of radio engineering courses.
You conceive, prove the math and then test it in the lab. Here it's like going to the lab first.
Kind of a Tesla like approach.
Looking forward to seeing your results and won't waste any more time with my ramblings.
Just keep up your good work.

Hi All,

Adding the control panel.

Hi All,

Just did a simple video on this reactor, now looking to run this system and a 10kw generator off of biomass.

Hi All,

I just order this 3 in 1 lathe.

Seems like a great buy, does anyone have one of them?
