Does anyone has any info on the above Silicon Crystal Graphite Powercell?
Its from here

It may rectify the thermal fluctuations of silicon-graphene junction, thus working in similar way, like the Steorn's Orbo cube electret based device (which also contains graphite) https://www.reddit.com/r/Physics_AWT/comments/4u4ljs/graphite_based_thermoelectric_generators

But it also allegedly uses an ionic fluid electrolyte, so it may run as a normal battery at the end. It means, it will not generate the energy from vacuum fluctuations, but simply with dissolving and oxidizing of silicon - so that the caution with interpretation of results is still recommendable here.

Zephir, I agree with your assessment.

One would have to run this in a closed environment to see if any of the following, or perhaps more than one
is adding additional energy. (1) Absorption and or Desiccation of water vapor. (2) The absorption of CO^2
and formation carbonic acid. (3) The absorption of sound wave as a microphone. (4) The absorption of torsional
energy as in a crystal (5) The absorption of long wave IR infrared light as an optical sensor. And if so what happens
to its output longer term. These above things are not necessarily bad, as long as they are acknowledged in the design.

On the other hand, if it does hold up and produce power over extended periods of time, it could be very useful to design a three
battery Tesla Switch battery charger but add in the additional energy from the this battery as a pedestal. A microcontroller might
be able to move a  switching regulator power operating set point around dynamically to maximize energy transferred from this
battery. It all depends on how this silicon carbide battery actually performs over time.

It could also be (just speculating)

1. An Electret (the method used by Steorn to treat their was not dissimilar to making an Electret)
2. A stress cell which will give of a low power output over many years
3. A high impedance long life battery

There are some simple tests that can determine what it is or at least determine if it is a generator converting an environmental fuel source or a battery.

Kind Regards
Mark

My best bet its a battery, but even as a battery it may be a very interesting product, considering that its made out of
2 most common elements - oxygen and silicon. Oxygen i!s free, and silicon is almost free
