The free energy is not from nothing, but from vacuum fluctuations and/or thermal fluctuations of the material. There were already many graphite based generators (https://www.reddit.com/r/Physics_AWT/comments/4u4ljs/graphite_based_thermoelectric_generators/) similar to OrboCube demonstrated. My guess is, Orbo technologies work, but they were released prematurely at the market.
