Title: Testing Theories, and Hi
Post by: philandy on June 10, 2016, 11:48:53 AM
Hey everyone!

I am testing my own theories and want to report my findings optimally. So my questions are:
1. What specific tests should I do?
2. What is a proper report?
3. Where do I send the reports?
(4. What else?)

Thank you!

I wanted to ask the same question, so I find this answer helpful.

So, I need to make a quality draft and to present it. I hope there are members who will be able to help me.

Greetings!...You will get feedback...
Thanks so much I'm keeping this all in mind going forward (yes beyond what I'm quoting). What would be the biggest lure of feedback though?

I can't answer for professional research, but as an amateur I can suggest that you document EVERYTHING.   Pictures of setups, test equipment, types of components, type of wire used, everything you can think of.

So many times I've gone over old lab notes with new insight, and could not get any useful info because I neglected to document a specific measurement on a cap or transformer beforehand.
