Engine Technology
« on: May 03, 2016, 04:06:50 PM »
Now thats getting better.

1HP per 3.75cc's

Nissan has
shocked automotive world introducing
a 400HP engine that weights a scant
40kg (88lbs).
Named the DIG-T R, the 3 cylinder 1.5
liter engine has a power to weight ratio
of 10HP per kilo, besting even high
performance Formula 1 engines.
Carried aboard Nissan’s Zero
Emmision ZEOD the 500mm tall,
400mm long, and 200mm wide (19.68
x 15.74 x 7.78 in) package is one of
the most compact performance
engines every built and follows
Nissan’s new design goal of reducing
size and weight to achieve greater
performance.

88 lbs 400 HP
I want one of those !!

speaking of engines and light weight powerhouses ,this Frenchmen is holding his cards close to his Chest on Just how he managed to get a Jet engine to absolutely Smash the previous distance/Time record for hoverboards and rocket Packs.

look at how tiny this is ...and he says he can go to ten thousand feet [NOW].

We live in so called CO2 times, if we believe the politics and there purchased blind One-Paper soldiers!

So why still a 4-stroke?

Why STILL all the races around the globe, each weekend ~ 10.000?

CO2 is good for the plants and trees and they make the oxygen that we breath.  It is also good for the farmers that feed us.

Yep, Bill, that is what we did learn, and use in our big garden, together with the Tide of the moon, wonderfully nature!

So you mean we are cheated by GreenPeace and also our Politics, concerning CO2 Taxes?

Yes,but carbon monoxide is not so good for the plants, animals and humans.

By now,we should have completely switched to environmental power, such as solar, wind, tidal -ETC.
There is 1.3KWh of energy each square meter supplied by our sun--why is this not enough alone?.

The biggest problem with solar is the storage of energy to use through the night.
Lead acid batteries are cheap, but not suited due to then sulphating up in a short time.
Well in a few weeks,i am going to show you all a product that stop's lead acid batteries from sulphating up--for the life of the battery. This product disolves the sulphate as soon as it's produced. I will take a completely dead/sulphated battery, and bring it back to new in under 1/2 an hour.

This now allows us to draw a continual current for long periods of time from the good old cheap lead acid battery,

Uni Wageningen NL is Agricultural is close to Monsanto in the Netherlands, now over TTiP, soap or soep!

The waves in the sea, are not only mechanical from wind, long cable, but check pool, with plates on bottom and top!

This would be real great for lots of our friends, now we are thinking for them about nickel/iron, are you making it OpenSource?

Dear Brad.

I see we're already heading off on a tangent !!   ;)

However.

Having recently gone solar myself and finding most of my energy is going to waste a good battery storage solution would be great.

I shall be watching with great interest.

Cheers Grum.

Grumage your best option can be electrolysis then store the hydrogen for later usage and blow off the oxygen into the atmosphere.

Here is an engine in the making "EM Drive"
works only in resonance and Breaks the "rules".

Snip

It has been shown that truncated cone-shaped cavities with microwaves
resonating within them move slightly towards their narrow ends (the emdrive).
Standard physics has no explanation for this and an error has
not yet been found. It is shown here that this effect can be predicted by
assuming that the inertial mass of the photons in the cavity is caused by
Unruh radiation, whose wavelengths must fit exactly within the cavity, using
a theory already applied successfully to astrophysical anomalies such
as galaxy rotation where the Unruh waves have to fit within the Hubble
scale. In the emdrive this means that more Unruh waves are allowed at
the wide end, leading to a greater inertial mass for the photons there, and
to conserve momentum the cavity must move towards its narrow end, as
observed. The model predicts thrusts of: 3.8, 149, 7.3, 0.23, 0.57, 0.11,
0.64 and 0.02 mN compared with the observed thrusts of: 16, 147, 9,
0.09, 0.05, 0.06, 0.03, and 0.02 mN and predicts that if the axial length is
equal to the diameter of the small end of the cavity, the thrust should be
reversed.
