Tesla and Earth resonance
« on: April 30, 2016, 05:57:33 PM »
Many people say Tesla tuned his large coils to the resonant frequency of the Earth but it reality this is totally impractical. The resonant frequency of the Earth is very low 7.83hz. That is a wavelength of 38314.17 km. You would need a huge coil with 38314.17km of cable wrapped around it to resonate with the Earth's Schumann frequency. Even if you made a quarter wavelength receiving coil that would still require a coil made of 9578.5km of wire wrapped around a core. Practically this is impossible so Tesla could not have made his coils to resonate with the Earth natural frequency.

The most he could hope for would be to drive the Earth at its resonant frequency or a harmonic of that but you need to expend energy to do that. It would be good for transmitting energy by building up the amplitude of the natural frequency but would not be free energy.

Now these people (Kapanadze) who are claiming to be extracting energy from the earth with there little devices through claimed resonance is dubious. How could such small circuits with small coils and capacitors hope to get anyway near the resonant frequency of the Earth or one of its harmonics I dont know.

Note: I use miles long of gas metal pipes for my experiments that require high wavelengths.

This has nothing to do with Schumann's, what if you could build up a standing wave in earth using resonance?, in Colorado spring notes Tesla claims that planet earth resonance frequency is approximately 11.787 Hz, so sending one pulse to earth and then sending another pulse before the first one returns to surface would create standing wave if frequency is right. This stationary wave would reach deep to the earth's core and suck electrical energy from earth geodynamo perhaps... also electrically vibrating earth would serve as wireless energy source when you plug receiver into it.That's the general idea and I have no idea if this can be done in small scale or not.
