Not sure how an OU invention will combat Cyber Security attacks, social engineering hacks, EMP attacks or even the NSA backdoors created through "Partnership" into a lot of our systems. Did we watch the same video.

If the fools run the power grid using the internet then they deserve any cyber attacks they get. Sorry but any high risk facility needs people there, not at home or in an office controlling the process with a laptop. A friend of mine recently told me of a new idea they had at his high security
Workplace - a PC in a locked room with no internet. Wow what an innovation!
