 ???

I think both wheels would have to have one-way axels, to get them to do that but I don't see how it would do anything but set there once the wheel rolled up the incline as it would just reach equilibrim with the magnet fields and gravity and stop after a small initial oscilation

Look what happens after you start the hamster wheel (it is a very lazy hamster)? :-[

I wrapped my mind around it and this seems like it will work, the inner magnet on the arm will raise as  the ball mags spin the wheel then release to start it again by pushin the bals back up. Prove me wrong..

Hehe,? prove it works !

The opening statements that magents repel one another is only half true, as they also attract each other.

How are the magnets kept in repelling orientation?  A rolling magnet will also have a rolling orientation.

come on ppl prove me wrong.

the mags dont spin they  go up the sid of the ball click into a track then fall causing the ball to roll, then they are pushed back up.

The leverage arm magnet and the mounting point of the leverage arm will be nulled.  The same will be true of the opposite polarity magnets and everything will balance itself into equilibrium.  Now, if a stell ball bearing with an external magnet are used this would work so long as the wheel actually rolls, and is not held hostage by an axle.  But, if the wheel moves then the external magnet must also move.....what's going to move the magnet......

Gravity wheels don't work.
