Hi FRANCO , So the byproduct of this process is hydrogen gas sodium hydroxide water and chlorine..
the condenser coil is that mainly for cooling this process... So FRANCO what will be the laser
power required for this to take place..

it is not a condenser coil, but a coil for electromagnetic field...

in an aqueous solution :
NaCl(aq)+H2O(l)→Na+(aq)+OH−(aq)+H2(g)+1/2Cl2(gas)

forgive me if my math is a little off this early in the morning, but
the separation energy via standard electrolysis should be something like:
 -1.23v / Mol-sec ?

laser-stimulated electrolysis will require slightly more energy, as not all of the photons are "used" in the reaction.
many will just impact water or the chamber walls, and generate waste heat.
The trade-off is the ability to transfer large amounts of energy quickly.
So you can have much larger production rates.

J can make also the photolysis of NaOH obtaining sodium metal and atomic hydrogen
