"Tractive Pendulum"/Felix Wuerth's "special planetary gear unit" is on the same "way" ,but  with a concept(and design!) difference:the result is not intended as an overunity effect,but as a side-axis thruster.It's an elementary experiment,a proposal only.Key words:"Stellarotor" then "Tractive Pendulum".That's all...
