Mt 125 Links
« on: November 01, 2015, 11:43:22 PM »
   @All,
  The links are 2 my Johann Bessler facebook page where I will be posting some of my work and the woodworking.com link is to where I will be posting pics when I've made sufficient progress. And if anyone has any questions for me about Bessler's work, my facebook page would be the best place to ask.
 I think since I am almost healthy again, I plan on enjoying my hobby  :-)

  I may have to show this to my local police dept. I think they might take it seriously now when they saw where you're willing to come to my home.

edited to add; ab hammer, I sent your post to the Richmond Police Dept. I also let them know the person posting and causing me problems was using a fraudulent account. And if I am right, the account was deleted because it was a fraudulent account. I would recommend you not follow me to other forums. It will be construed by me as being stalked by you.
 And since it was found out the person posting with me was not from Minnesota as they claimed, they might take my concerns about you seriously.

  ab hammer,
 In one week, I will be meeting with 2 congressman. I am going to ask if legislation for cyber stalking has been considered.
I will show them your post. As it happens, I am on a Veteran's Coalition that Congressman Andy Barr meets with in person.
 And I will let him know that when I try to work with other people, people using fraudulent accounts can try to explain the hardship
that my service connected disabilities have helped to propagate.

LMAO Lindgaard

 You posted where you were going and even posted the link so you asked to be viewed. I was happy you left me out of it there and you found new problems of your own doing.

Fraudulent account? LMAO again It's all you and your pictures. I am sure if you sent my last post to the police department (which I doubt due to your lies) They would tell you that you should take my advice and don't cause trouble.

  ab hammer,
  Until my local police dept. advises me of my rights concerning your stalking me, it's best that I do not say anything.

edited toad; @All, the police might be able to contact a forum moderator and ask about the person in the links ab hammer supplied.
                 The picture is a capture of the e-mail I sent at 07:48 a.m..  and I take this seriously.

   @All,
  What some might consider in here is that cyber stalking is not illegal. This is because people are not financially linked to their
 accounts. At that time, people could nit be held criminally liable. Basically, a person can't be threatened online because that individual needs to be positively identified as well as the supposed aggressor.
 And since I will be meeting with a congressman or 2 next week, I can ask about this. That is for someone to cerate an online account, they will need to provide either an active debit or credit card that can have money taken from that account. Then the individual associated with that account
would have a legal tie to it that would be allowed in court. Just knowing a password and login name does not verify someone's identity.
 This would mean that people like tinselkoala would be known to a forum owner just as who was posting with me the first time at woodworkingtalk.com is not known. And since pirate88179, tinselkoala believe that people should be criminally laible for how they use their accounts and their actions, legislation would need to be proposed by someone like say, a congressman. Besides, honest people would have no problem with people knowing who they are.
 And if anyone wants to, read ab hammer's first post again and think about it. I did not post that but he did, his words, not mine. No reason for him to post it but he did.   8)

                                                                                                                                Bye
 I think for forum owners like Stefan, it might be a headache they don't want but it is what tinselkoala and pirate88719 have posted they want. As their friend, I will ask Congressman Barr about it.  :-)

  Ya'all know what's funny ? AB Hammer used to tell me that I don't have the legal right to exclude him from anything I am working on in a public forum. You know what's funny ? He is right. He has the legal right to prevent me from working with who I want to. He knows that. And I think that's funny as all HeII.
 What's even funnier is he can't contribute anything. And tinselkoala, I don't know who you are, you're anonymous, you moight not be ab hammer and just as easily you could be, I have know way of knowing and since I do build a lot fo what I post, neither you nor ab hammer in reality should have the right to dictate who I talk to and how I do research and development. Things don't happen by magic, they happen because someone takes the time to work at them and I haven't seen either of you work at anything. Besides, I still remember someone saying I stole your invention the coffer dam. I mean really, claiming  discovery as new when it was used to build the Brooklyn Bridge and also to raise ships of the bottom of the sea.
 Gotta wonder. And I do like where I am going. I have taken the time to learn, that is something I can feel good about.

You know you can go to jail for your stalking and false accusing someone of a crime. They can check your sign in and trace it back to you. That is the reason I don't believe the letter is real. I have a problem believing your just that stupid. There is a big file down here at the homer police if you where and it includes the threat that you made to me that where you are going to come down here and shut me up permanently.

Think about the laws you have been breaking, James Lindgaard.

  ab hammer,
 I am posting a capture of your post in woodworking.com. The fact that you say "we don't want happen again" suggests there was a first time of "we". Your own words. No reason for such a post unless a second time was going to happen.

edited to add; alan, it doesn't matter. I'm going to finish my build and find something else to do. it is funny though, I'd say you are the 2nd smartest person here, you knew I was capable of figuring out Bessler's work.
 I'm always am going to get a laugh out of that.   :D
