Title: @ AB Hammer
Post by: hoppfield on October 30, 2015, 01:57:14 AM
There is one thing you are forgetting Alan. You discussed with someone your right to control me. I have told you I do not think that person has forgotten discussing with you your right to control me so you could force me to support you and your family.
If my build is successful, I am going to ask about that. And you were allowed to openly discuss that in this forum.

Why are you creating a topic just for the purpose of abusing another member?

Stefan has already warned you since your return yet, you ignore that warning and do this?
Are you trying to get banned again?

You are well on your way to doing so.

  Bill,
AB Hammer is a grown man. He is abusive. And if someone remembers that conversation, it wouldn't be me saying
what he discussed with someone else.

   Bill,
If a person acknowledges having a discussion with AB Hammer about his right to control me, it would give new
meaning to his thread in besslerwheel.com where he proves I am the ultimate fraud. This includes using my service
connected disabilities as an excuse when he claims I have not been discriminated against.
He also stated that I could not hide behind cancer. I never did. I have pictures of what I built while going through chemotherapy
and radiation therapy. And this was before I had surgery to remove the cancerous tumor.
Scott Ellis who owns and moderates besslerwheel.com has left AB Hammer's thread in place. I think openly attacking a cancer patient
is something people might frown on. He did specifically post "do not use cancer as a shield".
I am not sure how you can defend someone who makes such statements. And when you post that I attack him, I doubt anyone will support you.
And Bill, it's #5, I had cancer, I build, what do you, tinselkoala and ab hammer do ? Attack me.
I don't think anyone can help you on this one. Read the attached picture. It's what I put up with to be where I am now. If I ever meet anyone of you, I will kick your asses for being ignorant abusive jerks. And I think anyone who has had cancer will support me.

edited to add; p.s. Bill, both my parents and my brother Harold passed away from cancer. And as AB Hammer stated, have cancer ? Who cares ?
And what is sad about this is no one can ask him about anything he built. He never posted any information about anything he claims to have built.
And in all of this, that is what's really wrong. People live and people die, it is a part of life. But to ask for credit when no work can be demonstrated, that is wrong. Besides, hopefully those that have opportunity will choose to do something while they have a life, even if it's to help a neighbor.

   @All,
I could show my threads and it would be seen that I was pursuing over unity or perpetual motion, what ever someone wants to call it.
And between ab hammer, pirate88179 and tinselkoala, they were having fun at my expense. And if Mt 125 can actually work, they won't
be able to explain why they were having fun with me while I was pursuing an understanding of perpetual motion
And I think for them, that would be an embarrassing position to be in.

Hi Bill

I do read and post only off an on for I have been dealing with bad health and just had 2 operations just 8 weeks ago, and I have at least 3 more to go.
I saw Lindgaard sent me 3 private messages with the same BS as normal. It seems his goal in life is to just be a pain in my @$$.
As for myself posting strings, they are coming in the near future when I am finished with some of my wheels. I will have a lot to show.

Take care
Alan

@ Lindgaard  aka  hoppfield (http://overunity.com/profile/hoppfield.104157/)

Leave me alone and quit telling lies and BS.

Physical threats. I take this very seriously.

ya what he said to you and others was very uncalled for.
to avoid his making contribution to his hypocracy, he should choose to just deal with his anger control issues.
i suspect its just another idle threat made by someone venting due to their own personal challenges or veiled guilt in the heat of the moment.

it sucks to have lost ones own family, plus dealing with ominous humbling medical challenges, perhaps others unmentioned.
failed attempts with experiments can cause some people to get less and less optimistic accordingly.

threatening anyone especially with physical harm is a strong no no. from some of the weakest wheelchair pilots all the way up to warped north korean piece of total garbage. some people gotta realize this world was not put here just for them only. its a big sandbox.
this world is surrounded by different belief systems and many of them i do not see any use for, some of them are clearly about domination and ego,
the divide and conquerors, from level of brother all the way up to political leaderships, there is much room for repairs.

ok, lets cool our jets and aim to venture forward in a constructive approach.

tinselkoala, then don't come around me. "if" is a conditional term. after what you have posted to me, it has been rather abusive. I have the right to feel threatened by someone who openly harasses me.
and since you hide both your face and your name while you stalk me, I should be concerned about you.

edited to add; tinselkoala, when you attacked me because of the medical problems I had from cancer, I think people will want to know who you are. Also harassing someone because of a service connected disability because they have been discriminated against might get people wondering who you are. About the only thing people would be able to say about you is that you are a coward because you hide behind your anonymity and pirate88179 who both supports and defends you.
And that's something that would bring up the topic of cyber bullies and what to do about them.

I doubt that would happen. tinselkoala would have to prove they are a person and that the account associated with that name is theirs.
and since a person has not been associated with that account, I have to go with malware.
By the way, since this is the gravity section of the forum, when are you and your boyfriend going to do a perpetual motion build ?
Title: Re: @ AB Hammer

   @All,
If anyone is wondering about this, ab hammer and pirate88179 don't want me building.
My being successful would then make many things they have posted about me abuse. And
as for me, while I can't prove it, I suspect that tinelkoala is a fraudulent account. Most people
do not hide their faces, their education/work experience, etc.
And as ab hammer has posted to me, I shouldn't reference my military service because I did learn about pumps,
boilers, turbines and other processes that allows for a ship to move. And in building with the intent of demonstrating
perpetual motion, it is relevant education and experience. I have more but for what I am building, it is relevant.
And with some of what I am doing, being able to calculate load is important. It helps for a lot of other things to be
considered. And while building, I have been harassed quite a bit. I think this is because perpetual motion is supposed to be impossible.
Other wise I would think that working with others would not be a cause to be ridiculed.
And if anyone reads pirate88179's Heron's Fountain thread, he accused me of talking trash when I told someone to follow his suggestion and build one for themselves. Not sure how that is trash talking but he says it is.

   Bill,
I'll leave you and Alan alone. I think with me, wasn't too happy about all of the harassment
that I had to tolerate from the 2 of you because I tried discussing things with other people.
And I do think my build will work. Then again, I think Bessler used crosses in his drawings as his
 way of saying "have faith".

   @All,
If anyone is wondering about this

All I am wondering is, about is why Stefan is letting this go on this long.

You had a working machine 3 years ago according to your various logins.
It would have cost you $20 to build this (according to you).
But you didn't have the money back then.
Then three years somehow magically went by.
What happened, never saw a $20 bill during that time?

Now you are working on another BT Wheel
(which by the looks of it has cost you more than $20 so far to build/document.)

No proof. no shit, no nothing so far.

But if you are right, 3 of the more respected people on this site are idiots and you are what ?
Someone who cannot distinguish between sq and cubic inches?

While I might be forced to thank you for your service,
I thank god I don't have to rely on a DUMB ASS ex military like you for my technological future.

So, F*ck the military if they are anything like you.
And if they whine anything like your sorry ass, then f*ck them too.
We can do without the NAVY, Airforce, Army, Marines, Nat Guard etc
if any one of them are  anything like you.

BUT, I suspect that they are not.

And I don't think I will get a single negative reply to this post.

Apart from your lame ass reply of course.

unfortunately, there is a need for national defense systems. the defenders probably wish there was no need for them, humanity probably will never evolve beyond including sociopaths in the mix, so, yes, that explains the need for such unfortunate and costly protective measures.
i don't agree with the logic used for many military interventions in the past, some seem to have less than noble rationalizations made in offense, though always explained to be as for defense, along with the expected rewards and further entitlements.
pass a law, make something illegal or permitted after a usual renewable payment, make bank profiting on that, continue as if its just another day, another dollar.
oppose that, end up caught up in their prearranged system of legalities, and watch them profit off that even more, as you try to take a stand, your legal team going to town on your wallet rather than considering a less inflated cost for 3rd party character representation. or locking a person up, then charging the public tax dollars to cover the hyper inflated costs of confined residence. $$$ the industry of public control, is a profitable one.

i never wrote that, not intentionally anyhow, though its common to want to look at responses maybe from such an angle. at any rate, its possible to overlook some stuff about another persons character, as i have done while not knowing everything or much about a certain individual or party. heck i am sure its kept me from jail a few times when i could've allowed it to escalate, i don't think walking away from a fight is such a bad thing. there is usually some sort of previous injury that causes frustration leading a person to react poorly, and not everyone handles these things with enough sodium to what is supposed to be a normally amicable reduced stressed working or living environment. though offerings of violent resolution should not have to be allowed to lower property values nor their oocupants on same block. even if some neighbors are excellent procrastinators and seem in no real rush to finish projects or like to prefer seeing themselves as always right in their own frame of mind.
hopefully there is room for resolutions, were you's not friends at some point? i dunno maybe not. life is short.

  somanywires,
I think the only mistake I made was wanting to work with someone. That seems to be about it so it would be my fault for not sitting home and showing where 3 members in this part of the forum are skeptics themselves.
and ab hammer knows I am smart. But he doesn't want to look bad working with me. that goes back to the skeptic part. Yet if what I do works, he wants some of the credit.
And I do have a few advantages over most people in here. It's having taken classes in mechanical drawing, drafting, CATIA (3 dimensional interactive designing, at the time, only a handful of universities in the United States taught that and since I worked for the Boeing Airplane Co., I received a free education) and also working in machine shops, had to know all about blueprints.
And this experience comes in handy when it comes to Bessler's drawings. I think I am the only person that spent a lot of time studying them.
And I'll repost a simple and cheap perpetual motion concept. And if someone considers the math behind Heron's Fountain, then the attached design couldn't be any simpler.
With Heron's Fountain, what has to do most with the height of the water coming out of it is the pressure head that is generating the air pressure. With water, every foot of elevation increases the psi by about 0.44 psi. Increase the pressure head by one foot, then the air pressure in the pressure in it increases from 14.7 psi to about 15.14 psi.
With a pressure head of 3 feet, the air pressure in the fountain becomes about 16.02 psi. And since that is more than 14.7 psi, a fountain effect happens.
And with the simple 2 weighted design, the weight expanding a cylinder is decreasing the pressure that would create resistance to the weight at the bottom has to over come to pump water upward into the other cylinder.
Why nobody understands this, I can't say. But then has anyone been aware that the air pressure in a Heron's Fountain is determined by the pressure head filling it and by this I mean increasing the pressure by 0.44 psi per foot of elevation ?
I would think if so, then with the simple 2 weight design, it's pretty much a no brainer and it could've been built years ago. And with skeptics, no real reason for them to consider something they don't think is possible, is there ?

@Phi, this could probably be built for under $20. What I am working on is aimed towards being  a
more professional builder. And I have been learning wood working. Simple reason, if something looks
like a piece of junk, then it is a piece of junk.

edited to add; Phi, if someone wants credit for something, they do need to contribute something.
And it does frustrate ab hammer that since he is a private builder I am not willing to
work with him. While this is supposed to be an open forum, refusing to share information
goes against that concept it seems.

   @Phi123,
If the basic design I reposted works, then some people in here wouldn't be able
to be the "boss" and I think with some people, being the "boss" is what they are about.
And with me posting something like this, they might feel threatened. I would post a picture
of my "shop" but it's nothing special. I have an 8 x 14 room to work in with some basic wood
working tools. Learning wood working takes time as well as designing builds takes time.
And with the basic design I just reposted, having some tools to use and experience using them
makes a difference. As far as money goes, I've been broke but as I have repeatedly mentioned
to ab hammer, I can't expect my situation to change if I don't work at it. And the complications I
had from having had cancer were serious. At one point, I missed about a year and a half of work
in a 4 year period. Also had multiple surgeries. But I have been doing what I can.
I don't think I should be faulted for that.
Title: Re: @ AB Hammer
Post by: hoppfield on November 01, 2015, 07:04:26 PM
   @All,
I hope it doesn't bother anyone if I post some math. with the 2 piston concept, if 2 - 1lb. weights are used,
  the pistons have an inside diameter of 3 inches, the following considerations show them selves;
The pistons will have a surface area of 10.6 inches. If a cross over/riser pipe is 20 inches long and has an i.d. of 1 inch, then it's cross section has a surface area of 0.75 square inches. At 20 inches in length, it will hold 9 ounces
of water.
The bellow at the bottom is a pressure type pump. With a 1lb. weight, it will apply 1.12 ounces of force on the water in the pipe. The weight trying to expand the top piston has it's full 1lb. of weight effecting the water in the pipe.
Since the total force of 2 1lb. weights acting on the water in the pipe is 17.12 ounces., can it lift 9 ounces of water ?
If this is possible, then as water moves into the top piston's cylinder adding it's own mass, will this increase the speed at which water is drawn into the cylinder that is above the level of the axle ?
And as I mentioned, I doubt things could be any simpler than this. If someone were to spend a little time thinking about it, not sure on this because then everyone would be wondering how something like this has been over looked. And with me, I can't disagree with the math. I have done tests to understand the compression aspect of this. As for a weight opening a bellow type cylinder, I would hope it could lift something lighter than itself.

edited to change an abbreviation
Title: Re: @ AB Hammer

I thought I would simplify my last post. If one circular type bellow at the bottom closes 2 inches
and a circular type bellow at the top opens 2 inches, 12 ounces of force will have moved 20 inches.
And this with a movement of -2 inches and plus 2 inches.
Of course, with what I am building, it is a variation of this and is accepted as being Bessler's drawing.
And when finished, then I'll know if it holds water.

and since ab hammer, tinselkoala and pirate88179 don't like me, that's okay. I am working to improve
the quality of my life. I don't know of another way and am sorry about that. You know, what is the easy way ?

Here is your biggest problem Lindgaard.
You try to use the sympathy card for what 6 years now?  You use it to try to get people to side with you in an argument which you start to try to get people to feel sorry for you.
Your physical problems or my physical problems have NOTHING to do with this quest so quit talking about them.
You seem to always feel sorry for yourself and blame others for your problems and you just need to look in the mirror to find your problem.

A simple solution.
Just talk wheel and don't talk about others. Don't start strings just to argue and slander with lies and deception. Don't keep saying others said this and that they didn't say this or that at all.
It is only in your mind.

Your sad Bill. I'm not sure how my building Mt 125 is playing the sympathy card.
It's not like I'm accusing my Executive Officer and his beer drinking buddies of coming after me, a loyal American.  One thing that will be known by my being successful is that there are plenty of people like you and alan in America who don't care to see someone be successful and in my instance, work through hardship so I can have a life.

  >> You try to use the sympathy card for what 6 years now?  <<

I think both you and alan do need to protect your status in here. Kind of why I said the 2 of you can have this forum, you don't have anything else and I do.  :-D

Jim:

With all due respect.  You post about all of the hardships you have in your life without a single thought to the hardships everyone on here has to face every day.  You don't know about these hardships because most folks do not post about them and make them a big deal.  I am telling you that many, and I do mean many folks on here, and everywhere else, have it much worse than you do.  They just do not post about their problems.

You need to take a step back and consider this.  No one is standing in your way except you.  No one is stopping you from doing what you want to do except you.  You can continue to blame others for your misfortunes, but that never gets you any where.  Trust me, I am speaking from experience here.  I have been there and done that.  I had to learn this the hard way.  Maybe you can learn it and get on with your life and be happy.  No one can stop you from being happy except you.  Life is way to short to go on not being happy.

Anthony Robbins once said: You can not control what happens to you in life, BUT, you have total control over how you react to what happens to you.

Just passing this on for whatever it might be worth.

   Bill,
You took every opportunity as ab hammer has to make me look bad. And bill, Anthony Robbins is wrong.
People shouldn't tolerate abuse from people like you and ab hammer.
And if you're not abusive, explain why you accused me of trash talking for telling Fatbird to follow your suggestion and build a Heron's Fountain ? That is not saying anything about anyone nor was it mentioning my health.
It was referring to what you and tinselkoala were doing and I was supportive of both of you. Yet you told me to stop the trash talking. with you, ab hammer and tinselkoala, it is about being in control of this forum.
Maybe one day the people in here might realize that.

edited to add; Bill, Ron White told me I can't fix stupid. with you, ab hammer and tinselkoala, it doesn't matter what Bessler did or what I can do, it matters how good you think you are. And suggestions you have made to me, if I build a Heron's Fountain doing what you say, I will know something, if I go to school, I can learn something.
That's pretty insulting. Of course, it could be that you and ab hammer don't think perpetual motion is possible. If so, then you're the wrong leaders for a perpetual motion forum.

OK Jim, I'll tell you something about myself that might help...or not. (It is up to you)

I started a small business in my garage that became a multi-million dollar business in less than 5 years.  I had the big house, many cars, motorcycles and a boat.  Life was good.

Then, I found myself in divorce court  This went on for over 1.5 years.  The result?  The Judge awarded my ex-wife with the ownership of my company.
Yes, she had a crooked attorney that was friends with the judge,...blah, blah, blah.

Then, I went to the grocery store with $5 in my pocket.  I was really feeling sorry for myself at that time.  My old man (God rest his soul) always told me that you do not have to look too far to find someone that has it worse than you do.  I thought that was a bunch of crap.

So, here I am in this store, trying to decide between a can of beans or a bag of rice and I see this woman pushing her cart in front of me.  In that cart, sat a very small child, smiling all the while, except she/he did not have any arms or legs.  Jim, I felt like a piece of crap feeling sorry for myself after seeing this child.  That kid, will never hug someone, nor ride a bike, nor play baseball, nor fly an airplane, nor make the varsity lacrosse team (like I did) nor run a machine to make many great things as I had done.  I realized that I had done some great things that this kid will never, ever be able to do.  That kid was smiling!  It had no idea what it would not be able to do.

After that day, I got better.  Yes, I had a very bad, evil thing happen to me but, before that, I was able to do great things.  I realized that, I was still the same guy and would still be able to do great things if I quit feeling sorry for myself.  So now, I am happy.  I do not have a whole lot, but, then again I do.  I live every day and I am grateful for it.

MarkE, a well respected member of this forum, passed away a short while back.  None of us that knew him on this forum knew of any problems he might have had.  He helped a lot of folks here, including me.  Now he is gone.  Turns out, he was younger than me.

We never know what is in store for us Jim.  You just appear to have so much bitterness and hate within you that I think you need to deal with.  My opinion is that you have a good mind.  You need to use this and let go of all of the baggage that you seem to carry with you.

I still have some days, as we all do, when things are not going the way we would like...and when I get to feeling sorry for myself, I think back to that kid in the grocery cart.  If that kid can smile, so can I.

Please take this in the spirit in which it was intended.

Bill

   Pirate88179,
Are you trying not to feel guilty for how much you have attacked me ? I am building. That is doing something.
In my present situation, I have no need to smile. I have no need to accept the hardship medical negligence and discrimination have brought into my life. In other words, I am not you and ab hammer. Sorry but I'm not like you guys, I plan on having a life.

OK, fine, I give up.  At least I tried.

Have a nice life.

Bill

PS  If you go through life being "Jim the victim" you will not be happy.  That is what you are doing.

You're funny. You want credit for my build ? I notice you and ab hammer can't mention that.
It's funny, I notice people who spend too much time in a forum think they know everything.
I tried discussing carbon capture in a physics forum but for some reason they couldn't discuss how
the laws of physics applies to different mechanical processes. You see, if my experiment works, it might lead to a solution for reducing co2 emissions. And in Kentucky where I live, that would help to protect jobs and the economy where I live. I guess that is playing "Jim the victim".   :o

edited to add; Bill, I really don't owe Kentucky something like that. When I was going to church with my father and my niece, I was told by Christian coworkers that God said I had to be born again and that I was not allowed to go to church with family.
My family did not know the harassment I tolerated for going to church with my father. What was meant (I think, otherwise they are bigots because my father was an immigrant) was that I could not have a family with a woman. After that, things got bad.
The mistake my Christian coworkers made was that they didn't know me. But they had the right to harass me during work, breaks and lunch because they did not support a union between a man and a woman.
I think it's my hearing loss and they thought I was retarded.
And you don't know me. I have given you an experiment to try and prove me wrong. I notice instead of proving me wrong, you are talking down to me.
And like my Mt 125 build, I'll probably need to try my carbon capture experiment on my own as well. It is based in physics yet it is also mechanical engineering at the same time so I guess it's both. And some of it comes from what I learned in the Navy.   8)

Lindgaard first has to admit he has a problem. Until then, it can be called delusional.

Notice that Lindgaard in the fist paragraph goes in a totally different direction. This is how he like to try to deflect.

Now in red Lindgaard is telling stories about not being allowed in church and more self pity. A pathetic way of trying to be the victim.

The only time I've known of a church not allowing  someone in a church, is because they kept causing problems. Possibly the missing data in his story if it was true at all.

  ab hammer,
Have never been asked to leave a church. read the post again, it was my coworkers who said no family and no church allowed. You forgot to mention not allowed to go to church with family.
I know you probably think it's funny but then, if I were allowed to have had a family before cancer, I wouldn't be building. The build is to prevent people in the future from telling me they can't allow me to have a family. And alan, that's discrimination. either my hearing loss or my being 1/2 Norwegian, either way, I shouldn't have to tolerate it.

Free will! and you act like you don't have free will. BS!! You stopped yourself. Accept what you do and then you can change. You have the power to change yourself. No one else can change you unless you let them. But that would be your choice. All I want you to do is quit telling lies, especially about others.

Constructive criticism is not an attack. If someone tells you it wont work. It is up to you to prove it does. The proof is always the builder's burden.

  Alan,\
The proof isn't on the builder, its on the accuser. You have told me I will dance for you.
Your statement supports that. ask tinselkoala and pirate88179, I will kick your ass when I meet you if that day comes. That is a threat. I will defend myself. And if anyone supports you, I will defend myself against them. You are ignorant and have stalked me. Law enforcement in Kentucky knows this. it is your decision what happens next.
Come near me and I will be afraid for my life.

  @AB Hammer,
The police in Kentucky know who I am. They also know I said you stalked me.
And what you've posted recently, I think it exonerates me 100%.

Well, be sure to tell them that when they come to speak to you about your post.

Bill

  Bill,
I want the police to investigate people posting. If stalking someone is illegal, what ab hammer did to me is a federal violation because his stalking crossed state lines. He is not a wood worker yet you support him.
I have complained to the police over the last few years. I think it's time to hold people responsible for their online behavior. And since you support him, you can join him.

More BS!! Lindgaard. You come to this forum after being banned several times and post lies about me and even a string AB Hammer to attack with lies, and you call me a stalker?  You e-mail me with BS that doesn't even make since and threats as well. You post on my you-tube with lies as well. I have a large stack of evidence ready for any legal needs due to you just wont stop attacking me. The only stalker is you James Lindgaard.
