No matter how rich you are you can get stranded. There has to be a list of foods that are safe for just this reason. I would like to know what is on that list.

Only a few things are 'safe' to eat when you buy food in shops. 'Safe" means that they do not poison your body. You can check, using kinesiology technique, which product is suitable for your body.
If you care about eating the least poisoned food, you may need to have your own farm, where you use only natural methods to grow plants giving food.
