If you ever get a chance to see one of these they are amazing . there are different makers . here in NZ there is 2 I know of.

theres no bearings , no shaft , no fuel , no electricity and no one can say it isnt free energy , theres no human input.
to stop one all you do is put your finger on the valve stem .......but once you remove your finger , the water forces the valve shut and it continues to operate so basically you cant stop it
they were pretty wide spread in NY before and cities before electric pumps came along
youll find them at agriculture field days , still as good as new .
