I've took a look at the link you wrote. But I cannot access to Correa's website. I get a 403 error. I've tried to access for some weeks and I always get the same error to any link inside his website.
It happens to you the same?

Works well for me, go to the plasma physics page.   Perhaps you need a different browser.

Voltage from Plasma ball:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84ZPWmH6Inc

This video demonstrates proof amperage is transmitted along with the 200 volts! The LED'S must consume at least the 6 amps of input to the Plasma Ball. That accounts for practically the entire input to the plasma ball. The trick would be to try and light a second one.

I've tried with different browsers and it doesn't works for me. Maybe they've a blockage depending the country.

Wow! That's awesome. I have seen some different tests with different circuits but nothing similar to that thing. Really interesting.

What is your oppinion about that?

@Magnethos,

Adding a second 50 watt LED array would probably dim them both down, but add around 30% to the overall luminosity; Based on my tests of hi-voltage lighting of LED'S.

What video are you refering to? Because there are 4 or 5 videos of Don Smith.
Are you refering to magnetic flux and the spin?

I'm tying this thread into the Emdrive thread above.

Two Emdrive reactors mounted sideways on the ends of a rotor arm may reach any size due to the break even deal on the input recovery. We can run any amount of power through this kind of Emdrive loop reactor, with virtually no rise in input costs. The rotor would achieve hypersonic speeds in a vacuum, while self-looped. Sets of them could be phased to supply constant output.

Personally, the videos of the plasma ball don't excite me very much.

A high voltage oscillator is ionizing the gas.  This oscillator easily couples to the surrounding coil or the LED lamp's internal wiring, just like the popular Slayer exciter.  In other words, I don't think that the plasma itself is needed for this effect.
If you measure with an oscilloscope and a purely resistive load a power which is anywhere close to the power being drawn by the batteries, then yes, it is something special.

Search for Don Smith video where he said  about his plasma device something like  : "you take which is already there".
Energy is in plasma globe but was it from start or plasma was pumped with it ? I feel that it's only a good way to avoid lenz law.

A few people have tried replicating Don Smiths devices but all have failed. Some good one have appeared on OU.com. For example , http://overunity.com/502/i-tried-to-rebiuld-a-don-smith-device/#.VY4ZO2WDFkg   is a good effort.  It seems that the general opinion was that he is a fake, which is unfortunate.
Correa's invention, shares more in common with Cherneskii (or Chernetsky), where a large current pulse through a tube exhibiting a rising current/voltage , suddenly gives rise to a negative resistance pulse , with sometimes, an amplified current.  The Poulsen arc oscillator used this property to make an un-dampened radio transmitter with output powers of megawatts. The physics were well understood and there was no OU.
With Correa and Chernetskii, the question  is whether the measurements were accurately interpreted or not.  Pulses and out of phase i/V can easily  fool researches who are  not intimately  familiar with them.
