Lorentz reciprocity establishes a stringent relation between electromagnetic fields and their sources. For static magnetic fields a relation between magnetic sources and fields can be drawn in analogy to the Green's reciprocity principle for electrostatics. Here we theoretically and experimentally show that a linear and isotropic electrically conductive material moving with constant velocity is able to circumvent the magnetic reciprocity principle and generate infinite magnetic isolation. This result is demonstrated by measuring an extremely asymmetric magnetic coupling between two coils that are located near a moving conductor. The possibility to generate controlled unidirectional magnetic couplings breaks down one of the most deeply-established relations in classical electromagnetism, namely that mutual inductances are symmetric. This result might provide novel possibilities for applications and technologies based on magnetically coupled elements.

Here is the principle: a coil induces currents in a thick moving conductor. These eddy currents produce a magnetic field that opposes the field of the first coil and also induces a current in a second coil on the other side of the conductor.

There is therefore a coupling of the two coils via the moving conductor. But the eddy currents move with the conductor, so that there is a phase shift between the influence of the first coil on the second, and the opposite effect via the Lenz's law of the second on the first.

The conductor acts as a mediator between the two coils so that the effect of one on the other is not symmetrical but delayed. The mutual induction coefficient is therefore different from L1 to L2 than from L2 to L1, which is a major innovation that could open the door to new applications. Note, however, that there is a perfect conservation of energy in the transfer (and losses in the resistance of the moving conductor).

There is absolutely nothing new concerning the electromagnetism theory which perfectly models this situation.

There is absolutely nothing new concerning the electromagnetism theory which perfectly models this situation.

The following statement is new, at least for a Scientific Publication.

Quote
Coupled magnetic elements are found in many key technologies like electric motors, transformers, magnetic memories or MRI machines. In all of them, magnetic elements are symmetrically coupled. “The availability of a new magnetic tool like a diode might thus open a bunch of new possibilities”, Gerhard Kirchmair points to the future. For example, the efficiency of wireless charging devices could be improved, since the energy can only flow from the charging station to the device and not in the other direction.

Lenz's Law free Energy Generation is one thing Chris did say. Safe to say Gerhard Kirchmair has been here reading this thread.

It would seem that a bucking coil arrangement dose indeed add energy to a system. My test over the years have shown this to be true, but all my devices that use this arrangement are mechanical--E.G-,motors,generators.

what ever happened to tinman? Is he still around?

Sir//
if you are aware of any free energy here please  do not hesitate to share it.

"free energy" was never demonstrated once error's were found.

this happens a lot here ,but we keep searching.

your quote from Tinman is misleading and not up to date //, most builders here prefer not to be abused
and even the owner of this forum was abused by this claimant .
and there were hacks which happened at the forum to benefit the claimant ,he says he was not the hacker just benefited from the hacks ?? [ it is all here as evidence]
there were even horrible messages sent by same hacker about member Stivep / Wesley here  ////these behaviors resulted in the claimant being asked to leave...//

I would not click on any links from this claimant , perhaps you could post the "amazing"here ?...an open source "Experiment" showing "free energy or even a true anomaly "
respectfully///
Chet
PS //to add..this forum has VERY experienced open source builders ,and would glady investigate
any new claims//but be advised //they have collective hundreds of thousands of hours in bench time here ,MANY decades of experience at all levels of science .

Very very ambitious and deep talent pool ....a true anomaly will jump off the page...and errors will be quickly spotted and noted.

Specifically, what errors are you referring?

I see no errors

OMG, it was you that did this, in the last pages, you killed this thread. Guilt I imagine must be somewhat overwhelming.

Whats is shared on this thread is world changing, and no one took any notice.

OMG I am stunned.
