Do not forget that I have posted a version of pmm made by David Jones.
It is okay to maintain your own arguments.... but before you want the whole world to buy in your theory forever, you should debunk David Jones' pmm first.

Not to be harsh but the guy has passed away, so take the contraption apart and see what makes it tick.

The guy in the video found magnetics in the center. I'm thinking a motor is the cause of that. The magnetics he also found in the frame is maybe from wires from the battery or just a lump of magnets to confuse people that would test for magnetics.

Where is the device? I will take one for the team and accidentally knock it over. Then they will have to take it apart to try and repair it. Then we can find out what makes it go.
