none
but at the time, if the cia wanted some information
they would have just take it

and he disclosed enough in his letter that they didn’t need him

if he was trying to use that course of action to secure some sort of contract
from a scam, that’s a ballsy way of going about it

not to mention, if there was much in there that was unknown to them
they would have questioned his sources of Russian technology

I don’t know the extent of Tom’s ability to actually “do” what he writes about

But you don’t have to take his word for it

The article in arxiv archive is apparently about another kind of scalar gravitational waves which has nothing to do with TB's scalar waves.

According to the following handwritten CIA article, a scalar wave is not an electromagnetic wave (which has both electric field and magnetic field), but the one with zero electric field and zero magnetic field. This CIA article has suggested that this wave allows transfer of information without consumption of any energy. The same article even went further to suggest that our brains generate scalar waves :

https://www.cia.gov/library/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00792R000500230002-6.pdf

During the beginning of the war on iraq back in 2004, TB emphasized in his email to the government that Iraq has scalar wave weapons. somewhere he also mentioned that South Africa has scalar wave weapons. Does it mean the brains of the Iraqi and the South African can send out any dangerous scalar waves??

Thank you Bel

the stuff under the blackout is some of what I mention above
about the real scalar wave event
It is classified under the StarGate SG1B classification
(Cheyenne)
With connections to soviet/Czech technology
Which is why they blacked it out in their release copy

falsification of history ... :-\

The fact is that the first radars, similar to modern, were delivered at the end of the Second World War from the USA, according to Lend-Lease.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SCR-584_radar
Before that, no such microwaves  radars with a magnetron had been produced in the USSR.

Then the USSR and the US were friends...

ok and how this one works? it also works inside Farday cage.

since EM is canceled out(due to winding geometry?) whats left is capacitance E field stuff? just like in bifilar non inductive coils.

The black wire and red wire inside the aluminum box can act as an antenna. Some smartphones uses the headphone cable as an antenna to receive AM/FM radio signals. If you can kindly modify the experiment setup and remove this uncertainty, then this could be a very good piece of evidence.

Also, your circuit has a lot of nonlinear elements which inevitably generate high order harmonics. It is not possible to assume that all the higher orders are longitudinal in nature.

According to Meyl and TB, a scalar wave is supposed to operate in the near field zone with a phase velocity greater than the speed of light. Its occurs when E=B=0. It consumes no energy. It can penetrate metal. It can propagate without any attenuation. It was the energy used by Tesla for wireless power transfer over a long distance. Perhaps, it is the time to look at the experimental evidence, particularly the evidence of non-evanescent scalar waves in free space.

In 2007, I accidentally found a way to transmit a wireless power over a medium range.  Up until now, I did not have any background understanding of any scalar wave theories.  At that time, my approach was not very much different from Tesla's approach or Marconi's approaches. At around the same time, a lot of forum members in the Yahoo's WPT group were focusing on Meyl's version of scalar waves. Many of those who had bought Meyl's demonstration kit managed to light up an LED through one wire within or without a Faraday Cage, but none of them had any success in achieving wireless power transfer.

If a TB/Meyl's version of scalar waves can truly propagate in free space over a long distance, we should be able to measure the wavelength of its standing wave. From there, we should be able to estimate its phase velocity. Any thought?

Boring stuff?   ---  Well, maybe NOT!
---  You decide...

After nearly ten years of study, employing conventional approaches,
without yielding any real significant results it might be time to try a
different approach --- so, we shall try a mix of modern (quantum ?) physics
combined with some complex CAE modelling and design characterization.

Analyzing ideas, developments and projects can be greatly assisted
by first mathematically proving the concepts before spending a good deal
of time and money on false theories and not well understood prototypes.

One set of tools that shows promise in this new approach is COMSOL.
( *** Disclaimer - I have no relationship with Comsol what so ever.)

Comsol Multiphysics software

Although still in it's infancy; the results and progress are, so
far at least, "over-the-top" and it is extremely educational and
very interesting (and quite fun as well). Unlocking, and thus gaining
a better understanding of the more sophisticated physics interactive
relationships, is giving an enormous depth of insight into the questions.

The following (sample) video lessons focus on trying to determine, from
the electron on up, how the Ruslan - Kapanadze (so called grenade) coil
functions and how the energy in these systems might be generated.
These are but a smattering of the thousands of videos, papers and books
available for review - while keeping in mind the ultimate goal - FE/CE.

Comsol's "open math" capability also aids in evaluating any promising
postulations. Like having a tracking GPS while playing hide-and-seek!

Interesting stuff. As a side note I still think Kapanadzes OU is visible on his first video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3thvqFhFIfY

he is using that coil, a PC PSU and something under a circuit board to get that flywheel going and then using that to turn a generator. His OU is in the coil,PSU and what ever is under that piece of circuit board.

I think the grenade coil came later, when he had to hide the real thing under some garbage

The following youtube video clips illustrate several tasks that might be required
in a practical approach towards FE/CE device analysis employing CAE.

There may be a steep learning curve; but the knowledge gained is universal
and the pay-back can be quite good in other areas as well. So it's not a waste
of the time and effort invested even if the "secrets" are not immediately revealed
- however, rest assured they will all surface, in a usable form, at some point.

Brief overview of coil and capacitor analysis and optimization
(one of many that are available):

COMSOL webinar - modeling coils and electric devices

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7xhNFzWQ1U

From a typical users prospective (3 videos):

Multilayer Air Coil - Magnetic Flux Density - COMSOL 5.2 - (English Subt.)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W40hkeqSvgM

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7xmWlS_p6g

High Voltage Capacitor Design on COMSOL
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPdX7vhfApw

Note: (IMHO) One proven methodology when using CAE to analyze and solve
complex problems is to break up the "forest" into "various individual trees"
and then use the characterized "trees" to rebuild a structured "forest." Start
with the "easy trees" and a "small forest." Not so daunting, helps avoid being
overwhelmed and all the smaller pieces are still perfectly usable!

Some General Thoughts and Opinions -

A CAE Approach

Before balking at the up-front investment in time and materials; consider
the amounts that you may have already laid out towards this endeavor.

Many have poured thousands of hours and many thousands of dollars out
- look around your lab - wire, electronics, equipment - and in some cases,
years upon years of study and discussion.

Although it's been extremely interesting and educational; pragmatically,
the results are for the most part, really not quite there yet.

So, in an attempt to avoid being classified within the insanity category, that
is - doing virtually the same thing over and over again and expecting a
different result - it just might be time to try a different approach.

And, if the results turn out to be the same as before, then at worst we
will know that our current science, physics, or engineering needs to be
revised, updated or re-invented. We will have a much better idea of what
works and what doesn't.

The experimentalists appear to have proven much but the theorists have not.
Since CAE tools are now within our grasp; maybe we can help them out a bit!

Just my opinion and my "new" approach...

A (good)  general resource - ties an organized analysis approach to some of the
math that is used; and explains how it fits together to a great extent:

ACDCModuleUsersGuide (2.2MB)

https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Awani_Bhushan/post/Comsol_Acoustics_Module/attachment/59d63bc679197b8077998cef/AS:412692939591681@1475405072430/download/ACDCModuleUsersGuide.pdf

The "Review of Electromagnetics" chapter, although focused primarily on the Comsol AC/DC
module, presents (imho) an excellent overview and organized approach to the methodical study of EM in general.

It can also be appreciated, in general, some of the complex interactions that are involved.
Some insight into finding that proverbial "needle-in-the-haystack?"

*** This thing seems to have worked several times but it's "hit-and-miss"  and I can't
figure out why!   And worse; I don't even know what I don't know! ***
