Hello,
Both of these designs have been out for a while but not much has been discussed about combining their actions to produce a greater amount of free energy.
Using the Pinwheel Generator mechanism ( built where each cylinder is 15 feet long +-) to produce a pull on the chain of 200 lbs, then having that chain be the outside chain of a Power Multiplier Device (where then the pull on the transmission/generator chain would then be increased by 10 to 2000 lbs), This would be producing from the PMD a 2000 pound pull from the initial 200 pound pull from the Pinwheel Generator.  This 2000 lb energy production then can be used to generate another motor pull greater than the initial 200 pound pull that started the progression.  If this is true, then it is just a matter of continuing this progression until the desired amount of energy is being produced. Even if this means using 25 PMDs.  Just a thought,

Pinwheel Generator = 200 lb pull.
PMD #1 200= 2000 lbs pull producing from motor a 300 pound pull for PMD #2.
PMD #2 300= 3000 lb pull ------to now 400
#3  400 = 4000 to now 500
#4  500 = 5000 to now 600,etc..     This is not an accurate representation, but it shows the basic idea of the progression. More pull, more energy generated-maybe.  Russ

added note:  The main chain of the first PMD would be locked in place until the weights reached the top before released to allow the 2000 pound pull on the generator.
