Now I have an electrostatic working motor in WORKING MODEL. It should be working with magnets too. What should i have to do? I don't have money to do an international licence... I'm going to sell it to best bidder

What part of "Open Source" is unclear to you? There are plenty of patent attorneys who will gladly look at your design in secret, take your money to write up and file a patent application, then nobody will be able to "steal" your idea.
But this is not such a place, this is, I thought.... it's an Open Source forum, where ideas are shared and examined by any and all. If you want to keep your idea secret... why did you mention it here?

The field strength varies from the ends to the middle. There is a potential energy minimum and given time and freedom to move the horizontal magnet will find it. Devices such as Howard Johnson built would overshoot the PE minimum point due to inertia. The right combination of inertial and friction would allow his projectiles to run through his gates and stop some distance away. The trick with such devices, as with SMOT and SMOT like devices is that it always takes more energy to return the projectile to the initial starting point than could ever be extracted getting to the stopping point.

The center magnet instead travels an oval path and never leaves the field of the larger magnets.
It is pushed to the right on the lower path and left on the upper path.
Because both ends of the center magnet are exposed to the large magnets, the net attraction to the large magnets is near zero.
Looks like the plan to me.

Spend 50 dollars and build an instrumented test bed to see if your ideas about magnet interactions actually work.

A system like this can be modified or altered as necessary to examine magnet-to-magnet interactions, to see if any such interactions actually produce the _gain_ in KE which would be needed for self-running.

You must not sell ideas if you want be good man, not egoistic man. You can only sell you work (some hand made for example things), not ideas. :)
