Effet Barnett/Barnett effect
« on: May 04, 2014, 10:22:36 PM »
Donc voilà:
Français
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Effet_Barnett
English
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnett_effect
Equation: M=chi*omega\gamma
gamma=e/(2*m)
e=charge of the electron
m=mass of the electron
so gamma seems to be constant.
omega=2*Pi*V
V=number of turn (I think)

English: This effect looks interesting in the sense that the variation of the magnetic field gives energy to a coil, if you have an iron body with excellent permeability and you wind a copper coil around, more we rotate the body more quickly the magnetic field increases quickly and the coil will get energy, the advantage of this is that there would be no problem to Lenz's law, by cons it will minimize friction.
The only time we can have energy it is only by varying the magnetic field.
