The generation of REE "Radiant Energy Effect" for RERE "Radiant Energy Recharging Effect" in wet cell batteries, is the stated goal of B-SSG "Bedini Simple School Girl"  Mechanical Oscillator Battery Charger. Tuning a B-SSG to get RERE seems be be another matter. As the B-SSG seems to be able to work as a normal High Voltage Fly-back Pulse generator, it can charge wet cell in the current pushing mode. Here one would expect cell to get warmer as exothermic electrical chemical reactions take place. Now when the B-SSG is in its sweet spot and producing RERE it has been noted the the cell will cold boil. When Cold Boiling the cell will out-gas in one of three possible modes.
1) Weak Exothermic
2) Adiabatic 
3) Weak Endothermic

Does any of these modes prove REE and RERE are taking place, possibly not, if the battery is below ambient Temperature, it could be a unknown endothermic electrical chemical reaction , some may even claim evaporative Cooling. Still there have been many claims of Over Unity devices generating Cold Electricity.

So how does this all apply to Thermography, in the Metaphysical world ambient temperature drops are very normal When Extra-Normal events take place. If Radiant Energy is flowing in a B-SSG or any other OU device like a gassiest fluid along the circuit components and into the wet cell under charge, or load. It is my believe Thermography may be the only way to see it.  This may not always be a Endothermic cooling effect, but could even be REE is effecting the air around the wires and be seen as a weak Heat Waving Effects. I think that thermal imaging could turn out to the Oscilloscope of Radiant Energy Research.

Cold Electricity:  Radiant Energy when converted to electricity produces a different form of electric energy, what is called Cold Electricity, the more load the colder the circuit gets.

Endothermic: Absorbing heat: describes a chemical reaction in which heat is absorbed.
Exothermic: Producing heat: describes a chemical reaction that produces heat.

Thermography: Thermal imaging, or thermal video, is a type of infrared imaging
