Thanks Mags for the explanation.  I have not tried to understand how it works yet so that helps a lot.   

Thanks GL and yes I think this is worth looking at some more.  It's a simple circuit and there's a lot of variables you can easily play with.  I need to take time to see if I can get a couple answers from allcanadian too as I know he's around on OUR.  Between this and the 3 battery generator that Turion (DBowling) is working on there are lots of easy builds to dig into.

Sry but even if free energy was possible, it would never be allowed to actually make a difference. go here

Power is to control resources and if you give everyone unlimited energy, then you loose all the power.
